Questions, answered

Is virtually staged imagery allowed on UK portals?
Yes, as long as it is clearly labelled. Every download carries a "Virtually staged" label by default and is sized for Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket and Share to Buy. You can switch the label off, but then it is your responsibility to say the image is virtually staged wherever you publish it.
Which furniture styles can I choose?
20 styles, from Modern Chic, Japandi, Midimalist, Modern Colour and more. You can browse them by who is buying (first-time buyer, young professional, family, executive, downsizer), pick one per unit, or upload an inspiration photo and we match its look.
How long does it take?
Most rooms come back in about a minute. That is a typical outcome rather than a guarantee: complex photos or big batches can take a little longer. You can leave the page and come back, the work carries on.
What if I want something changed?
Paint over the area, say what you would like and press generate. You can mark up to six areas in a single go. Your first amend on every image is free; after that it is one credit. Seat subscriptions include amends.
Will it change the room itself?
No. Windows, doors, radiators, sockets, walls, floors and finishes stay as photographed. Only furniture and styling are added, so the staged photo still shows the real room.
What if an image looks wrong?
Every image is reviewed by you before it is approved, and every image has a one-tap button to report anything structurally wrong. We look at every report.
Can you stage a whole development at once?
Yes. Create a development, add each unit and its rooms, choose a style per unit, and review and download per unit or for the whole scheme. Company accounts have named seats for your whole sales team.
